Must come from a technical background, as they need to understand systems, databases, etc. This is a technical role, but will not be doing coding or things of that nature, but needs to have a solid technical understanding. - ability to understand and analyze data, manipulate that data, etc. - must have strong Oracle background, oracle tools, ability to operate within Oracle Databases - ability to look in/navigate systems logs and databases.
