End-User Support Environment: ECC 6.0 ABAP HR : -At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing analyzing, designing and implementing SAP HR ABAP against business requirements. -Solid understanding of SAP enhancement concept -Demonstrated success in a consulting atmosphere: SAP HR ABAP programming, information gathering, needs assessment, analysis, proposal, design, delivery, go-live, post go-live support. - Good Communication - Public sector experience SAP BW : -A minimum of five (5) years of prior SAP consulting or equivalent industry experience -Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies -Successfully completed at least two full life cycle implementations -Functional configuration experience in SAP BW / SAP BI -Good Communication Skill - Public sector experience.
