*Description*

The Project Coordinator position has the primary responsibility to assist
with the management of portfolio information for the Support and Services
(S&S) Informatics Team.  The Project Coordinator position serves as the
conduit between the S&S Informatics team and many organizations within
Pfizer.  These organizations include, but are not limited to, other
Informatics project teams, Finance, Procurement, and the Global Portfolio
Management group.  The Project Coordinator may also be asked to communicate
with vendors on existing software licensing contracts as well as Statements
of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). A Project Coordinator is
involved at some level with the execution of the on-going projects within
the portfolio.  Task specific responsibilities include: Budget tracking,
monthly forecasting, accruals, reconciliations, invoicing and
reclassification of financial data.   Ownership of IT sustain budgets and of
charges that should impact those budgets Provide project level detail and
reporting of financial charges by projects, by resources Ownership of Shared
Services Estimate Questionnaire for each portfolio Provide monthly financial
reports to management, IPT leads and others Weekly time tracking, recording
and reporting of S&S contract resources Invoice reconciliation, budget
confirmation and payment for contract resources  Tracking of yearly renewals
for software licensing, including budget confirmation, PO generation, vendor
management (quotes), software uptake, metric compilation and invoice
payment.

Familiar with financial terminology, financial systems and reporting
techniques Project financial analysis, tracking and scheduling Technical
acumen to understand the basic software and hardware terminology
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software plus Project and Visio
Documentation systems including Livelink, SharePoint and Documentum An
understanding of SDLC  Familiar with the defect tracking, code complexity,
estimating tracking, lessons learned and the data repositories.
