The qualified individual will be responsible for preparation and performing technical and functional related member communications within the framework of the OptimISE project. In addition, they will support the Service Implementation team with writing documents for the OptimISE project. *Specific tasks include:* - Define and document communication plans and procedures to support the Technology Member Services group - Define readiness criteria for members and classify member according to these criteria - Perform member communications particularly within the scope of the OptimISE project - Define procedures and success factors for the rating of member test/simulation activities during the member test/simulation phase of the project - Measure and track progress of member test/simulations activities - Support the OptimISE Service Implementation team by writing various functional, technical and procedural documents * * *Required Skills:* - Apply best practices in general work - Timely, accurate creation and delivery of agree work products - Effective communication and coordination with members - *Previous experience in exchange environment(s) required** *** Please make sure that your candidates have the required skills.
