Job Description:
· 6+ years IT experience
· Techno-functional expertise in Lawson Modules - HR administration,
Benefits, Payroll and Reports
· Understand the requirement from the business users and get the
necessary clarification
· Analyze the requirements and estimate the efforts
· Write technical specifications and develop the program
· Unit test, integration test and provide UAT support
· Own the complete responsibility of the deliveries and co-ordinate
with offshore developer for the development efforts
· Apart from the development activities, also required to support the
business users by resolving their queries, bug-fixes etc.
· Plan and manage for the development tasks and support tasks
· Represent various meetings and provide the status update
· Should possess skills - PL/SQL, Micro Focus Cobol and UNIX shell
scripting
