· *IBATIS* exp is Preferred but will accept *Hibernate as an
alternative*
*· STRUTS Framework (or Spring, client uses Struts so must be
willing to work on that framework)*
· *JSP* (light front-end work on this project)
· *Oracle (must have demonstrated experience developing stored
procedures)*
· *Strong Analysis skills*
· *Ability to translate Functional Reqs into Technical Specs*
