It's a 3 tiered architecture, currently in its v1.0 state....meaning someone who has background in 1. large scale software development 2. several years/projects worth of performance tuning experience, all layers of the architecture stack, but a particular emphasis on database 3. capable and willing to do code reviews, plus run a performance feature team (virtual team of about 5 people, most of which are FTEs 4. capable and willing to author specs 5. capable and willing to go toe-to-toe with the very senior development leads 6. capable and willing to work with internal customer teams to decompose high level performance goals into very detailed performance requirements 7. Ideally someone with experience with Webstore. 8. Especially good knowledge in application performance activities analyzation and perf design architecture skills. 9. Having hands-on development expertise to involve in project architecture designs. 10. Excellent program management skills. 11. Hands on experience on SQL, Perf counter analysis for huge data related projects.
