Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: 6+ months The role requires the following: - Relocation to Northeast Ohio - 3/4 years of SAP SD experience - Strong communication and client facing skills (70% client interaction) - Experience with warehouse management and SD legacy integration is a plus *Responsibilities include:* Work side by side with Client business analysts and Client managers on the Order to Cash area of the Client's Global SAP Solutions production support team. This team is responsible for understanding, designing and implementing SAP enhancement projects and SAP technical and functional solutions for break/fix tickets based on requests and priorities coming from the Client's business units. The Client's SAP Global SAP Solution team supports several countries which had SAP implemented such as USA, Canada, France, UK, Germany (future China, Poland, Romania and Mexico). * * *The work includes:* Conduct requirements gathering based on tickets entered by the level 1 help desk, assess SAP capabilities to address requirements (perform gap analysis), delineate action plan required to build/implement changes, identify master data requirements/impacts, perform SAP configuration to meet the business process design and application requirements; Develop functional designs for solutions based on RICEFs, conduct validation of the solution (component testing/system testing); complete all appropriate documentation required.
