Responsibilities of the Strategic Technologies Technical Analyst -
Intermediate include:

Leadership: Facilitates technical communications among middleware
developers, business stakeholders, and the technical staff responsible for
all application systems being integrated with new tools. Ensures technical
designs comply with applicable architecture standards and designs are
functionally and technically feasible.

Consultation: Plays a leading role in support of the Enterprise Architect in
the investigation of new technologies and architectural initiatives to meet
medium to long term business needs. Evaluates and/or proposes integration
architecture and design. Provides consulting services as the Technical
Engineer representing strategic technologies projects to other enterprise
engineering teams. Helps identify gaps in knowledge and organizes
appropriate transfer of knowledge.

Gatherings, Analyzing and Identifying: Identifies tasks, work effort
estimates, and work schedules and provides this input to project manager.
Responsible for managing requirements, designing, developing, implementing,
and supporting enterprise technology integration and collaboration across
multi-vendor platforms. Validates technology ability to meet business,
performance, integration, and scalability requirements for each project.

Creation and Distribution for Review: Analyzes systems management
operational processes and create schematic and technical diagrams.
Recommends and document process-reengineering opportunities and distribute
among team members for review and approval. Maps client requirements into
reference models as defined in the service request process. Interfaces with
engineering teams to develop and document detailed technical systems
specifications in support of automation requirements.

Providing Recommendations: Assists in the development of the strategic
technologies standards and product evaluation scorecards. Researches and
resolves technical issues and recommend appropriate
interventions/modifications as needed. Provides support throughout the
development to deployment cycles to ensure automation solutions meet
requirements and satisfy customer expectations. Analyzes, recommends and
implements improvements to enhance and improve internal operational
processes and workflow.

Review and Approval: Ensures system decisions and products meet Corporate
standards. Reviews the design documents, project budgets, technical
requirements, test plans, and DR plans.

Requirements: Minimum Requirements: B.S. degree in Computer Science,
Business Administration or other related field, plus 5+ years experience as
a systems programmer. Significant and relevant technical experience meeting
the job description may be substituted for degree requirements. 4+ years of
experience in business process, information systems analysis, and technology
consulting associated with systems integration.

Must Requirements: Full lifecycle experience designing scalable integration
solutions within large enterprises. Skilled in performing detailed interface
analysis and design. Extensive experience in assessing technology needs and
evaluating solution options. Prior experience negotiating commitments.
Strong customer focus with excellent communication and collaborative work
skills. Preferred Requirements: Experience in Health Care Industry
preferred. Experience in EPIC application suite a plus

Must Haves:
3-5 years :
-SQR, Query, Crystal and PeopleTools
-PeopleSoft Financials / Supply Chain experience
3+ years:
-Xmlp, Report Manager
-Excellent written and oral communication
