Advanced working knowledge of IBM z/OS environment. 2. Advanced working knowledge of IBM AIX environment. 3. Advanced IT architectural skills with high availability experience. 4. At least 5 years experience in WAS configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting 5. Working knowledge of IBM Security Products to include Tivoli and RACF. 6. Expert level experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices 7. Experience producing written documentation 8. Experience in providing highly technical training material specific to the IBM WAS and Tivoli products. 9. Experience in providing highly technical training material specific to the IBM WAS and WAS security. 10. Previous work with at least two other state government agencies and familiarity with the Client business model. 11. Previous experience with the centralized IT administration model. 12. Previous experience performing Infrastructure Architect as a member of a business unit/application development team. 13. Previous experience working with various security models and WebSphere for z/OS including LDAP interfaces to RACF via SDBM, TDBM, and LDBM. 14. Actual hands on experience using the new RACF Java APIs.Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with interorganizational priorities and generate the collaboration and cooperation needed to assure client's success. 15. Professional and Technical Certifications including WebSphere Advanced System Administrator and The Open Group Master IT Specialist. Practical experience using the RAD 7 tooling for J2C with CICS. 16. Deep experience working with different clients in a variety of client organization aspects (e.g. IT, Application Development, Business Requirements, etc.). 17. Extensive experience with planning, configuring, optimizing, and managing complex WebSphere Application Server environments. 18.
