Should have solid understanding of: a. Storage Provisioning (tuning & load balancing) b. Startup/Shutdown Procedures c. Backup/Restore Operations 5. Perform necessary storage infrastructure maintenance in accordance with internal best practices. 6. Maintaining multi-tiered storage infrastructure leveraging EMC hardware and software 7. Participate in the execution of the business continuance and disaster recovery plans. 8. Participate in the design and operational execution of the customer's storage disaster recovery process. 9.
