Statistical analysis, strong SAS exp, and healthcare experience is a absolute requirement. *2nd Position*: PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - - Experienced and proficient in using SAS to perform multivariate analysis including regression model building, cluster analysis (e.g. CART, CHAID, Two-Step, etc), and discriminant analysis EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or other related field is required; Master’s degree preferred. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Possess skills to perform as a team lead for specific projects and/or staff members. - Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job. LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume - Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form - Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
