*Location: San Jose – locals preferred. *

*Duration: 6 months*

*Solid understanding of end-to-end Payroll processes (US and Global) *

*5+ years of implementation experience with US and/or International Payroll
applications (ADP application knowledge preferred)*

*5+ years of Oracle HRMS experience, with at least 2 Full lifecycle SDLC
implementations with BOTH Oracle HRMS and Payroll system integration *

*5+ years experience implementing payroll outbound and inbound interfaces*

*Knowledge of ADP payroll systems preferred*

*Strong written and oral communications skills a must*

*Strong analytical and problem solving skills*

*Strong understanding of requirements gathering and analysis and the
deliverables involved for requirements phase*

*Mercury** Quality Center** experience a plus but not required*

*Oracle HRMS or with Payroll systems, need both types of applications.  *

*For the Senior BA to be successful, he/she needs to have both HRMS and
Payroll experience, and specifically full life cycle implementation
experience and managed a system implementation.***

*Responsible for delivery of all business analyst responsibilities required
for the Payroll initiative under the direction of the Business Project
Manager.  The Business Analyst will need to interact with IT Analyst and IT
Development teams as well as other cross functional teams (i.e. Human
Resources, Tax, Finance, etc).*

*The Business Analyst will take a leading role in investigation, analysis,
and documentation of the business requirements, which includes As-Is and
To-Be process flows.  **Act as a liaison between technical and payroll
functional teams.  Establish project plan, monitor project tasks and
milestones.  Work with Organization Adoption team to plan out communications
and training needs for projects.***

*Candidate must possess a strong understanding of global payroll processes
as well as experience working with ADP payroll applications such as
GlobalView and ProBusiness.  Work closely with external vendors and internal
user in development and implementation, including resolution of issues and
capture of further requirements.***

*Develop test plan and test scenarios.  Create both manual and/or automated
test cases in Mercury Quality Center for the different testing cycles.  This
may include different types of test cases such as unit, string or end-to-end
test cases.  Report any defects found during the testing cycles and partner
with the corresponding IT Analyst to fix any issues.***
