The Business Analyst will need to interact with IT Analyst and IT Development teams as well as other cross functional teams (i.e. Human Resources, Tax, Finance, etc).* *The Business Analyst will take a leading role in investigation, analysis, and documentation of the business requirements, which includes As-Is and To-Be process flows. **Act as a liaison between technical and payroll functional teams. Establish project plan, monitor project tasks and milestones. Work with Organization Adoption team to plan out communications and training needs for projects.*** *Candidate must possess a strong understanding of global payroll processes as well as experience working with ADP payroll applications such as GlobalView and ProBusiness. Work closely with external vendors and internal user in development and implementation, including resolution of issues and capture of further requirements.*** *Develop test plan and test scenarios. Create both manual and/or automated test cases in Mercury Quality Center for the different testing cycles. This may include different types of test cases such as unit, string or end-to-end test cases.
