*Title: *SAP HR Enterprise Solutions Specialist

*Location: *Clearwater, FL

*Job Type: *Fulltime – Permanent

*Salary:* DOE + Benefits

*Authorization: *US Citizens & Green Cards.  Client will not provide visa
sponsorship



*Summary:* Responsible for successful implementation of SAP technology and
project deliverables; including the selection, planning, fit analysis,
configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of *enterprise
wide SAP HR* solutions.  The selected individual will provides *hands-on
configuration, execution* and *deployment of the SAP HR* module throughout
all project phases. This person will act as a *functional lead* and help
develop strategy and roadmap, while collaborating, coaching and mentoring
others. Must be able to travel approximately 50%.



*Job Requirements:*

   - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Management Information
   Systems OR 4 years of equivalent external work experience in the business
   area from an IT and business perspective
   - Minimum *5 years solid SAP HR configuration and testing experience* in
   the areas of *Organization Management (OM)* and *Personnel Administration
   (PA)*
   - 2+ years experience in *Travel Management, Performance Management,
   Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS)*
   - Must have a knowledge of Module configuration for specialization module
   - Must have implemented *2 full cycles for SAP HR*
   - Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across
   various HR modules
   - Candidate should possess *solid Project Management skills*
   - Experience in planning, design, build, test, training, roll-out and
   post go-live support phases
   - Ability to gather business requirements and translate to technical
   systems design document
   - *Ability to write test scripts* and conduct unit testing, integration
   testing and user acceptance testing
   - Strong written and oral communication skills
   - Open to travel as this *position involves 50% travel* approx.



*Responsibilities:*

   - Write functional specifications for application development,
   enhancements and testing.
   - Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues per OLA and SLA.
   - Other duties may be assigned.
