Client is unable to provide sponsorship Please note that these positions require experience in *IBM Websphere Portal product, not just IBM Websphere* *Main Responsibilities:* - Configuration, maintenance, and support of complex Web and middleware infrastructures based on Websphere Portal Platform Version 6.1 - Ensure routine maintenance tasks, e.g., backup, are occurring for hosted Websphere portal environments (development, QA, production) - Perform required administrative tasks to ensure effective operational performance including starting and stopping services, performance tuning, and various tasks required to maintain overall system health · Deploy and install portal software and application upgrades, modifications, and fixes - Lead efforts to ensure appropriate processes are in place and tested for backup and recovery - Work with DBAs and technical team members to develop data archive requirements and process - Participate in LDAP and Database Administration - Work closely with the Project Manager, Technical Lead, and infrastructure support groups to ensure projects and support tasks include appropriate administration requirements - Identify and initiate new projects to address portal infrastructure needs (requires analyzing, planning and estimating) - Work with other IT teams to identify and define enhancements to the project and support methodologies * * *Experience and Qualifications:* - *IBM WebSphere Advanced Edition/Network Deployment Edition administration experience 5+ years hands-on* - *IBM WebSphere development experience – 3+ years hands-on (WebSphere Application Server Advanced Edition)* - Experience administering *WebSphere Portal Server, Web Content Management, WebSphere Process Server* - Extensive experience working in complex Windows server environments - Experience with *SQL Server* and *LDAP* required. *DB2 experience MUST *. - Has the desire to perform technical administration tasks while contributing to effective planning - Has excellent written and presentation skills - Has the ability to develop and maintain production relationships across multiple teams - Bachelors in Computer Science, related field or comparable experience *Healthcare domain experience is **MUST**, including experience with long-term care, privacy regulations (HIPAA), records management, hospital or care facility workflows and processes, healthcare financial management, and integrating with healthcare information systems, e.g, EPIC, Cerner, NextGen* ** -- Thanks and Regards, Maddy Technical Recruiter 3 L’Amour CT, Dayton,NJ – 08810 | P: 201-221-3016 | F: 201-603-1326 | Web: www.augustuss.com Yahoo IM: maddy.recruiter1 Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
