*Location : Northbrook, IL * Allstate is currently replacing their Siebel call center desktop application with a WebSphere Portal driven application. Their challenge is getting WebSphere to talk to the voice applications They are looking for a WebSphere Portal expert to create the integration from the WebSphere portal to the voice applications. (How to integrate the Softphone application and CTI pop-ups). They are current using an Avaya telephony solution so the ideal candidate would be someone with knowledge of that architecture but this is not a requirement. The candidate will be charged with Analysis and Architecting the solution There will be no coding or configuration on the Portal Server.
