Design, develop, and/or maintain current or new web based applications using the latest technologies available to the department including SharePoint, ASP.Net, C#.Net, XML/XSLT, MS Patterns and Practices, and Web Services. Develop and propose detailed design solutions. Define application functionality, data requirements, business rules and application flow. Perform database design, development and implementation tasks using SQL programming skills, including stored procedures, views, and user defined functions. Follow Agile Methodology prototyping solutions to define and refine business requirements. Leverage Design Patterns to support best practice software development processes. Utilize Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration techniques to improve software quality. Leads the design and development of next generation internal business systems.
