·         Performs Incident/Problem Resolution: investigates incidents and
identifies, analyzes and fixes, if possible, or assigns and follows up

·         Monitors production applications

·         Prepares operational procedures and documentation

·         Provides 24x7 on-call support for servicing suite of applications

·         Performs Service Management process and procedures (Service Level
Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, Service Continuity
management, Transition planning and Support)

·         Performs testing as appropriate

·         Participates in BCP exercises

·         Drives 90 day password changes

·         Provides auditing documentation and support

·         Supports the ITIL Process-Service Desk Discipline and

·         Supports BPS transitions of development releases

·         Contributes to management reporting

*Skill:* Senior Level


·         Extensive experience with creating, implementing and
troubleshooting web methods and java

·         Extensive UNIX knowledge (VI editor, shl scripts)

·         Excellent problem solving skills.

·         Excellent analysis skills.

·         Knowledge of relational databases (DB2, Sybase)

·         SQL Expertise

·         AUTOSYS scheduling packages
