*Responsibilities: *
- Pega works Application developer working at a mid-level on internal
Call Center projects.
- Participation during all phases of software development lifecycle:
requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, acceptance testing
and support.
- Develop unit-tested, high quality code.
- Proactively identify and resolve application performance issues.
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical staff to support
analysis, design, testing, and troubleshooting of project issues.
- Work on additional projects and tasks as they are assigned.
- Assist Production Support team on critical-level issues.
- Provide documentation and other technical artifacts.
*Required Skills: *
- Strong *HTML*, JavaScript and *DHTL* is required
- 6+ years of development experience with applications that implement *Pega
Works *components including the Word Correspondence features.
- 3+ years of development experience with *GAPI, and WFAAPI* in the Pega
Works environment.
- 6+ years of full-lifecycle software development experience.
- Results-driven self-starter that is able to work in a fast paced team
environment.
