Client: Fannie Mae Location: Dallas TX Duartion:5 months with possibility of an extension Corp to Corp Rate:$45/hr Candidates must have extensive Adobe Flex and Oracle experience. Key Skills: Adobe Flex, Action Script, Java, Swing, Oracle, Web Reports Job Description: 'Business Analyst : 3-5yrs requirements/analysis experience; Knowledge of Adobe Flex, Action Script, Java and oracle; 2+ Years of using Adobe Flex to create web based application and data visualization projects. Essentially, this contractors will be working with the MIS Team and NUC managers to obtain requirements to build web based reports. Typical requests will involve building summary level reports with drill down capability concentrating on quality control information and data. These reports will be typically based on appraisal reviews, underwriting reviews and repurchasing requests. Please note that these contractors will not be reporting on the documents directly. Rather, they will be reporting on summary information involving groups of these documents (i.e. total documents over a period of time, number of documents processed with a certain distinction, etc.) Candidates that have a mortgage / finance background are preferred. Experience with Adobe Felx is a must, 2+ years ideal. Experience with a reporting tool is also needed. Java and Spring experience are a huge plus.
