. Some combination of JSP, HTML, DHTML, XML/XSL, Java, JavaScript, e-Forms

. Demonstrated success and strong experience with problem-solving abilities
. Strong analytical, organization and communication skills
. Experience with the complete SDLC including application of software
development methodology and standards
. Proven ability to work well autonomously
Desired Skills
. Development of Freemarker or Velocity templates
. Design and development, web content management applications, i.e.,
Interwoven TeamSite, Alfresco, or Magnolia
. Web production experience in a corporate web publishing environment
