3 months ASP.NET/VB.NET Consultant Job Description ASP.NET/VB.NET developer to implement a business application. The consultant will work with in-house IT and network engineers, Finance, HR and with technology management in the following tasks and deliverables: 1) Gather specifications for a budgeting, forecasting, and expenses analysis and reporting application. 2) Prototype the application. 3) Implementation. 4) Creating highly-customized end user reports 5) Transfer code to in-house developers. 6) Knowledge transfer. Candidate Qualifications . 4+ years of database development experience including: information modeling, data modeling, table design, physical design, coding stored procedures, etc. MS SQL Server preferred. . 4+ years ASP.NET/VB.NET development experience in financial environments. . Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and expenses analysis and reporting. . BS in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related discipline. . Ability to function independently with minimal supervision as well as within a collaborative team environment . HRIS type programs / tools is desirable . Strong written and verbal communication skills.
