Lectora (Experience with its functionality and tools)

Flash (Experience with Action Scripts, Exp with importing files into Dynamic
Concepts)

Captivate (Experience with Layout - Layouts with Corporate feel)

Pharma or Health Care (Regulated environment) Experience Required

BA Degree or higher - Required

Exp working independently and as a part of a big team.

Exp working with SME's

Exp following ADDIE Model Standards

Exp with SABA publisher

Detail oriented but creative at the same time

Exp with Story Board, Lerner activities ( Able to take in large amount of
info and consolidate it for training purpose)

Exp with QC (Quality Check)

Familiarity with e-learning tools/software
Ability to storyboard/create a lesson plan
Knowledge of adult learning principles
 Publisher or related e-Learning development tools.


Web Design and Publishing a plus;

Oracle Siebel Clinical Trial Management System Knowledge a plus



At the time of the interview the candidate will be asked to bring his/her
own RAW files that they have worked on alone and not as a part of a team. If
they don’t have RAW files they might be given a scenario to make and present
at the time of the in-person interview. Making of Scenario will require the
knowledge of Lectora, Flash and Captivate.



*Assignment Description:*

Assists with needs assessments to determine the appropriate method of
training design for both instructor led and e-learning programs.
- Collaborates on content, design and delivery with SMEs, Technical
Trainers, Managers, etc. to produce instructional materials in compliance
with CGPs and SOPs.
- Develops instructor guides and participant manuals
- Develops and performs an evaluation of the program design to assure that
it has met its objectives
- Plans and participates in training program pilots to assure the
effectiveness and quality of the training program design and delivery.

The purpose of this position is to provide instruction design and
development support to the Training organization. This position will provide
instructional materials and training delivery methods through the use of
best practices methodology (i.e., ADDIE Model or similar methodology).
