Ability to perform 24/7 on-call duties on a rotational basis. *DESIRED : *Experience in logistics and/or transportation management and business analysis is desired. *Description : *New development and maintenance of warehouse management system. *Summary:* Perform analysis, development, testing, and documentation on new applications and enhancements to existing applications for business clients. Current applications include Viaware, WMS, OMS, Clippership, and TraX. Function as a member of a project development team and independently for minor modifications and support. Ensure tasks are completed on a timely basis and conform to specifications/processes and standardized best practices. *Essential Functions:* Participate in the review and analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for new applications and enhancements or modification to existing applications. Develop work estimates for projects. Collaborate in the creation of application and system specification documents to satisfy project requirements. Develop and code applications to specification and perform testing as needed. Participate as a member of the development team in the deployment/implementation of application solutions Collaborate with project team members and QA on development and customer issues. Provide system and applications support to users including issue resolution. Accurately repair and document changes to applications as assigned. Participate in code and design reviews and technical presentations to cross functional staff. Monitor system and application performance and troubleshoot issues.
