Positions: 2 Duration - 3 - 6 Months Joining Date: ASAP Rate - ALAP Location: New York City Must Have Skills: BA with a capability to write FSD, Perform Functional Testing, Data Analysis, Must have Domain knowledge of Trading - Front office - OMS, Trade Blotter, Pre trade compliance, post trade, Asset allocation. Work under minimum direction and use independent judgment in decision-making Job Roles / Responsibilities: . Own the documentation of detailed functional specifications, working with the business to analyze their business requirements and in return, providing technical expertise and producing functional design for any application additions, changes and modifications . Own Issue, Risk, Action item and Plan management for several Credit Technology projects . Assist the business in identifying, assessing, and documenting business requirements and in preparing for and executing testing . Identify and ensure resolution of control gaps including eventual elimination of user-defined databases . Act as a liaison with the WM build team on related project deliverables . Troubleshoot various issues and problems . Understand requirements of business users and translate their requirements into Functional design and partner with Technology build team as they translate functional into technical design . Ensure adherence to security policies and standards - Ensure quick resolution of infrastructure related control issues . Detailed knowledge of the project lifecycle and SDLC . Experience with large, complex projects . Strong planning, communication (verbal and written), project management and execution skills . Expertise in SQL, . Expertise in the SDLC processes (or related project lifecycle methodologies) . Strong business and technology relationship management . Ability to effectively oversee project plans, issue resolution and implementation planning . Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all levels . Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work .
