BI Data Architect, team lead, PM type senior people. Any STRONG BI experience. Tools like Cognos and Business Objects. Consultants will get trained on MicroStrategy. Strong BI experience is more important than MicroStrategy experience. Would also consider contract to perm. This is an Agile project so this is a MUST. The team on this project works together in one large room for collaboration. (HPHC requires Agile. It is a collaboration methodology.) Must be willing to be part of the team in this collaboration room. Will need to pass technical interviews. Architect: Experience with MicroStrategy as a BI Tool. Communicate architectural decisions orally and in writing using strong communication skills. Assist in the design and defining of the Business Intelligence solution. Build entity relationships. “Concept to build”. Health Care and or insurance are a plus. Be staffed to Analytical Reporting Team development projects as requested Nice to have “depth and breath MicroStrategy experience”. Really understand the workings.
