POSITION *Service Now admin* *Santa Clara CA* *6+Months* *Job Description:* Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including: • Customize and enhance ServiceNow • Application UI Configuration • Workflow Configuration • Development of required client specific reporting • Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) • Interface with divisional and enterprise technical teams • Perform functional testing and performance testing • Be a key member of the Service Management Tools team • Serve as a key member of implementation project teams • Turn business requirements into technical solutions • Interact with customer business and technical team members in person and via Google Hangouts, Skype, and WebEx. • Some travel may be required to other divisional locations in Atlanta and NYC • Prepare all client facing internal technical deliverables • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on EIS standards.
