Position: *Computer Generated Labeling Specialist* Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 6+ months *Description:* Creates and revises assigned CGL in a cost-effective manner, considering domestic and international market and regulatory requirements while working in close partnership with labeling business unit managers, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are met. Tasks include but not limited to design content & format labels in Loftware & Pragmatyx programs and to work in content management system (CMS). Manage & organize label stocks inventory within global labeling team and with suppliers. Work with cross functional team to provide project support and act as SME to assess the timeline, project’s risk and mitigation plan. Participate in identifying, defining, and implementing process improvement solutions within the department such as template standardization. Support different manufacturing sites and departments with CGL-related issues and training. Work closely with IT team for any software and printer-related updates. Manage service contract and maintenance of all CGL printers within Global Labeling team. Own, update and maintain CGL related procedures accordingly. Train new CGL specialist based on training plan. Marginal Job Functions Manage special project assignments to support Global Labeling as needed. Hold meetings and publish minutes as required.
