They will work effectively with peers as well as set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning (either directly in support of client leads or different system initiatives). This position serves as a technical point-of-contact and provides subject matter expertise around data integrity, testing of system changes, basic report writing and analyzing data flows / issues for process improvement opportunities. Scope of Duties: •Assist in the review, testing and implementation of PeopleSoft upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes. •Maintain PeopleSoft configuration tables. •Provide support for PeopleSoft and other HR systems (e.g. Learning, Talent Acquisition) including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. •Support Project Management (primarily in support of our Client Relationship Leads): Apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. Identify issues, problems and opportunities. Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develop appropriate solutions. Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and potential consequences. •Build Functional requirement documents in support of new technology demand •Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals. •Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or variations from established policies or ways of working •Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. •Assist in development or functional design of standard reports for ongoing customer needs or new technology implementations. Work with reporting Subject Matter Experts during required development •Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. •Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
