This person should have good understanding of how to deal with enterprise
cross matrix projects as well as manage complex technical network projects
is required. Additional skills are vendor management since they will be
leveraging our third party vendors and have the ability to do high level
planning and budgeting. Should be good with *MS project, sharepoint and
some ServiceNow experience for ticket submissions*.

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

·         Conduct end to end project management of multiple large projects
and may also manage sub-components of a large program.

·         Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects or program
deliverables within allotted timeline and budget.

·         Identify key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project
completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value

·         Define project/program scope and objectives, guides activities of
a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members,
identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables.

·         Perform high level of analysis to create project/program plans
for new concept projects/programs.

·         Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion
project(s) across the entire organization.

·         Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource
plans, and status reports.

·         Conduct project/program meetings and be responsible for
project/program tracking and analysis.

·         Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews
project/program deliverables.

·         Manage the integration of vendor tasks & track and reviews vendor

·         Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.

·         Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of
major problems.

·         Communicates to client/vendors/leadership.

*Essential Job Functions:*

·         Manage assigned projects to completion, ensuring that all
activities, including hardware/software implementation, monitoring &
alerting, and hypercare support are coordinated and completed on time and
within budget.

·         Manage external vendors for delivery of hardware, software, and
professional services.

·         Develop accurate project plans and budgets for all assigned
projects, modify as needed and direct close-out of completed jobs including
the receipt of all required documentation.

·         Lead internal deployment meetings with other managers and team
members to review the status of each job and implement changes as necessary
to ensure timely project completion.

·         Attend customer deployment meetings to provide customer with
comprehensive job status reports and resolve any conflicts or issues that

·         Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects
and appropriate close-out documents are distributed in a timely manner in
accordance with corporate and customer standards.

·         Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system
with complete accuracy.

*Basic Qualifications (Must Haves):*

·         *5+ years *of recent *data network and/or IT infrastructure
project management* experience.

·         At least mid-level, general knowledge of data networking and/or
IT infrastructure.

·         Ability to direct the *diagnosis of work flow problems, critical
paths and institute remedies*.

·         Ability to read and understand *financial metrics* and identify
remedies to financial issues.

·         *Customer service orientation* with a strong problem solving

·         Ability to manage and process multiple data streams.

·         Strong capabilities around planning, analysis, and development of
project plans & proposals.

·         Proactive approach; strong sense of ownership and urgency.

·         Ability to indirectly lead teams of engineers and maintain focus
while soliciting ideas from cross-functional teams.
