Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems, procedures and processes that are cost effective and meet user needs. May configure system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Coordinates work performed by technical staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Project Requirements: Provides leadership and expertise in evaluating complex business problems, develops new products/services/processes, and frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design, process improvement or related experience needed. Skills Required: Highly motivated team player with excellent relationship and project management skills. Well organized with strong analytic skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills; must be able to facilitate discussions with key stakeholders, understand business process needs/gaps and to document requirements through BRD’s. Process re-engineering and systems implementation experience required. Must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and operate with limited direction.
