Examples of technical lead Activities include: · Manage day‐to‐day activities of the contractor’s technical staff. · Analyze requirements from a technical perspective and develop solutions to meet the identified need. · Manage software integrations, customizations, and enhancements to systems, applications and/or infrastructure. · Lead the team in addressing the technical needs for the proposed solution to ensure software performance and reliability. *Mandatory:* *Minimum Qualifications* 1. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Technical Lead for IT modernization projects. 2. A minimum of one (1) year experience with current versions of the Oracle products including Database, Weblogic, Business Intelligence, and/or Business Process Manager; 3. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience with current versions of the Oracle Forms; 4. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience upgrading Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and/or Oracle Database versions from version 9i or later; 5.
