*Process & Tools:*
= Be an Agile Champion on project
= Contribute to Agile meetings like Community of Practice,
Scrum of Scrums, etc.
= Facilitate grooming and planning alongside Product Owner
= Facilitate and participate in project demos
= Assist in development of training and communication materials
= Assist in Production support tickets
= Contribute to best practices in Requirements and Design
= Contribute to best practices in tools used on the project
= Participate in discipline meetings and all project related
meetings
*Qualifications:*
= *2 + years experience writing stories in an Agile Scrum
environment*
Certifications in Insurance are a plus
= Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
= 6+ years of experience in analysis
= *Working experience in Insurance/IT Industry*
= *CSM certification is a plus*
= *Working Agile Experience for min 2 years*
= Excellent problem solving skills
= Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and
written communication skills
= Self-motivated and willing to “do what it takes” to get the
job done
= High degree of organizational skills
= Strong written and verbal communication skills
= High degree of self-motivation to learn new methodologies
that will enhance job performance
