Must-haves - 3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer - (Client does NOT want somebody who is a data warehouse developer / DBA / BI Developer) - 2+ years’ experience with OLTP / T-SQL (Online transaction process) - 2+ years of experience as a Lead - Experience with Java/User Interface (UI) or .NET environment - Experience with enterprise applications - Experience end to end testing of an application - Good communication skills. Day-to-Day Looking for a lead SQL Developer to work for a large insurance company in Orange County. In this role, you will be spending 60% your team leading a team, 20% of your time developing, and 20% of your time doing code review. You will be responsible for supporting an online real-time application on a SQL back end. They need someone who has experience doing end-to-end testing of an enterprise application. This person will be focused on SQL development specifically for OLTP and must have experience on OLTP applications and database performance. This person will also work heavily with QA and Business Analyst teams gathering requirements and communicating to developers.
