*Summary*
Employee is responsible for leading the creative development of a variety
of deliverables (presentations, pitch decks, user experiences flows,
prototypes and more) that are leveraged by global business development in
conversations with strategic merchants in a pre-sales environment. Role
involves project managing high visibility engagements from end-to-end,
starting with understanding the needs of our global business development
partners and client, conducting and collecting research, and defining the
merchant and consumer commerce experiences. Employee leverages insights to
define direction and lead creation of high impact deliverable to be used in
conversations with client.

*Responsibilities*
Manage agencies and internal design resources to execute on high quality,
detail oriented deliverables (i.e. designs, user experience flows, pitch
presentations)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout (including Professional
Services, Global Business Development, Sales, Product Marketing) . in order
to create high-impact deliverables for pre-sales client engagements
Balance and understand the needs of as a business, internal team goals, as
well as merchant needs in order to create impactful and innovative solutions
Leverage internal and external research to develop effective deliverables
Project manage delivery of creative projects, collecting and incorporating
feedback from a variety of stakeholders
Develop and manage a library of creative assets and design templates to
support team initiatives
Present designs internally and occasionally to external clients
Get your hands dirty, as needed, throughout the creative process (i.e. be
scrappy, just get it done)

*Requirements*
5-7 years experience in program/project management in a business
development/creative agency environment, or related to user experience or
e-commerce best practices
Fluent in MS Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint. Knowledge of visual
and UX/UI design practices and production software, such as Adobe Creative
Suite, Sketch, Invision.
Great customer-first mindset and advocate must absolutely "get and care for
what drives customers. Market/consumer research experience a plus
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively with
stakeholders across time zones and geographies
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Includes the
ability to instruct designers as well as collaborate and influence
effectively across all internal levels of a matrix organization. Also
includes interaction with external enterprise clients balancing
understanding and delivering on their needs with meeting internal needs and
goals.
Have a continuous-improvement mindset to champion product and customer
experience improvements.
