*Role & Responsibilities :- *
· 7 to 12 years of experience in the role of UX/UI designer.
· Evaluating existing user experiences and identifying areas of
improvement : Create user personas – work closely with the business users
to understand the same.
· Ability to research, understand technology implications, perform
industry benchmarking and articulate solution’s.
· Designing application user interfaces which involve deliverables
such as interaction designs and information architecture.
· Creating UI resources such as flows, wireframes, simple visuals
and help documentations.
· Expertise in creating high fidelity and low fidelity wireframes
using tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
· Excellent understanding of user centric design methodology,
usability engineering best practices and usability testing.
· Deep knowledge of mobile design principles, responsive design,
native, Web, and Hybrid UI design guidelines
· Ability to produces high-grade UX deliverables for platforms such
as Mobile Web, iOS,
· Excellent communication and client facing skills
· Drive the development and communication of design guidelines,
patterns, and libraries
· Perform metrics analysis to inform design/UX optimization efforts
– ability to leverage usability testing to optimize.
