Summary This position will be responsible for managing the collection, development, analysis, documentation and communication of the company's Personal and Commercial Lines insurance needs and requirements. The ideal candidate will successfully perform this function by having a working understanding of information systems, business operations, and processes to effectively analyze customer requirements, develop functional specifications, business process workflows, detailed specs, and test plans. In depth understanding of business analysis techniques, with strong analytical thinking ability.
