Develop and update project work plan 2. Prepare for and coordinate system integration tests and user acceptance tests 3. Document testing issues and ensure team resolved those issues 4. Prepare for and facilitate weekly project management meetings. Coordinate reporting on the various aspects of the project, such as extensions, conversions, Kronos, barcoding, changes management, document management, responsibility matrix, training material preparation, and training schedules. 5. Prepare for and facilitate monthly steering committee meetings Deliverables to include: 1. Project work plan and project Gantt charts 2. Test schedules and TE050 test plans 3. Issues documented and managed in issue log 4. Project management meeting presentation materials posted to SharePoint 5. Steering committee meeting presentation materials posted to SharePoint Experience Required: 1. Five years *Oracle Applications project management* experience 2. Strong understanding of *Finance processes and terminology* 3.
