*Job Title : TFS AdministratorLocation : Harrisburg, PADuration : 2 months contract* This position requires the selected resource to work at the client site the entire duration of the engagement at least four days per week. Remote work options or telecommuting will not be permitted unless specifically notated in the requirement. This position will be responsible for configuring, customizing and supporting a continuous delivery model by automating software build and package migration processes. Duties include planning, customizing and maintaining the TFS version control system (branching models and security); customization and maintenance of build definition scripts and the customization of work item types, areas and iterations. This position would work closely with key members of the development and operations teams as they prepare to utilize the features and functionality of TFS 2015. Significant skills and expertise in Team Foundation Server (TFS) - Required 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. - Highly desired Application deployment and configuration experience using build and release tools such as Ant, Visual Studio, Microsoft Release Manager. Required Strong understanding of operational practices around performing monitoring, fault monitoring and general tools related to system management. Required Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate proficiently verbally and in writing. Required Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and ability to automate deployment process. Required Strong understanding and working experience with PowerShell. Required Demonstrated experience with iterative methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Required Working knowledge of version control, defect and issue trackers, build processes, and team collaboration tools Required Demonstrated experience working with various development teams (varied personalities, skills, technologies and communication styles) Required Demonstrated experience with process template and work item customizations in TFS Required Demonstrated subject matter expert experience with TFS 2015 - working with Work Items, Queries, Test and Build features.
