1. Minimum of fifteen years of design and implementation experience in
IT, with a deep knowledge in a minimum of five of the following technical
disciplines: network design, application development, middleware, servers
and storage, database management, and operations
2. Experience in data center migration planning and execution is a plus
3. Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies
and processing environments
*Required Knowledge and Skills*
1. Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation
and negotiation
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Excellent analytical and technical skills
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Excellent planning and organizational skills
6. Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term
perspectives of situations
7. Ability to estimate the financial impact of enterprise technical
architecture alternatives
8. Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems
9. Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new
technologies
10. Knowledge of many, if not most, aspects of an ETA
11. Knowledge of information principles and processes
12. Understanding of network and security architecture
