Description: Job Overview: The Senior Telecom Engineer is primarily responsible for support of Contact Center applications and infrastructure and the voice messaging systems. This individual applies an in-depth knowledge of telephony engineering, multi-media technologies and contact center operational concepts. This incumbent provides guidance and assistance in Contact Center application system architecture, design and implementation, configuration, support, monitoring and planning of the Contact Center and Voice Messaging infrastructure. The Senior Telecom Engineer ensures that the applications and infrastructure meets or exceeds the Business’ expectations for availability and performance. Requirements: 1.Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Experience 2. 3-5 year’s experience with Avaya IVR (AAEP) and Contact Center (AACC) systems. 3. Telephone Experience (PBX 1000) 4. Avaya Communications Manager Experience 5. Quality Monitoring Experience (Verint) 6.
