Two most important technologies are scala and spark. This person has to be heavy in at least one of them (4-5 years), and exposed+willing to learn the other half. If they're strong in spark, will come with hadoop. If spark-focused, should be complemented by scala or java or python or ruby. You have a passion for the world of data. You are an avid technologist who is fascinated with distributed computing, machine learning, and data mining techniques . You leverage the latest tools to create innovative and cutting edge data solutions. You strive to understand your customer’s needs and pride yourself on your speed of delivery. You flourish in a team environment, collaborating with other engineers and product development to understand business problems and drive technology solutions.
