City of Phoenix, AZ Phone/Skype 6+ Months *Senior SAP BW Administrator * *BACKGROUND/PURPOSE * The candidate will be responsible for working with the client’s Finance Team and Business Intelligence Team to integrate SAP BW data with the Oracle Business Intelligence dashboards and report. This function will have principal responsibility for provide knowledge and expertise implementing the SAP BW environment and datasets in SAP ECC and SRM. The role will come with the expectation that they will lead the design, architecture and implementation of the SAP BW environment. * CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * · ∙ Must have seven or more years of experience in the design and development of enterprise data warehouses. · ∙ Must have seven or more years of experience in of experience in SAP BI/BW. · ∙ Held lead role in extracting SAP ECC and SAP SRM data. · ∙ Must have strong development skills around BEx Queries · ∙ Must possess strong troubleshooting/performance tuning skill. · ∙ Ability to work flexible/extended hours, including evenings, and/or weekends as required. · ∙ Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence is a plus. *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * · Facilitate requirements gathering and develop an applied and effective roadmap for a reliable and secure enterprise-wide BI reporting and analytics platform to meet the immediate and long-term needs of customers. · Collaborate with key business users to identify key business requirements/scope/dependencies. · Creating DataSources, DSO, InfoCubes, InfoObject, InfoSource, Hierarchies, Multi-Providers, InfoSets, Transformations and Transfer rules. · Identifying Performance bottlenecks in data loading, warehouse management and BEx Query design and reporting. · Configuring SAP BW/BI ETL objects involving Transformations, ECC extractors, DTPs – Data Transfer Process, Data Mart, Open Hub Service, InfoProviders, InfoPackages, DB Connect (MS SQL Server, Oracle), BADI implementation. · Reporting using BEx Query Designer, Design Studio, Ad-hoc queries, and Jump analysis using multiple Report to Report Interfaces. · BEx query design should Include Shopping Cart Analysis, Procurement Analysis, Price Variance Monitoring, Supplier Analysis, Contract Analysis, Invoice Analysis, Goods Received and Accounts Payable Analysis. · Provide SAP BW technical and architectural guidance to project and teams. · Provide technical knowledge and business support to the BI team. · Ensure effective communication of user and technical requirements. *Thanks and Regards,* *Manu Priya* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *IDC Technologies* *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116|Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* *408-459-5794 [Direct] I **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *www.idctechnologies.com* <http://www.idctechnologies.com/> "Under Bill s. 1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail can not be considered spam as long as we include a way to be removed from our mailing list.
