Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *QA Automation Engineer * *Irving, TX (LOCALS)* *12 months * *PHONE AND F2F INTERVIEW* *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * • Design, implement, and execute key automated testing suites within multi-tier SaaS products with web-based, plugin-based, mobile-based clients on the C#/.NET/SQL Server technology stack. • Design, build, and test high quality reusable automated test harnesses and modules. • Leverage continuous build and automated test frameworks as well as experience delivering high quality products on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile + SAFe methodologies. • Individual tasks within a work team, using the ability to manage multiple priorities and generate innovative problem-solving solutions. • Works towards solving complex problems independently. • Mentor less-experienced staff in their career development. • Generates innovative approaches and solutions to recurring problems. • Estimates efforts, such as schedules (including story points) and costs, for individual tasks. • Improves efficiencies and reduces costs through adherence and enhancements to Agile and project management methodologies. • Develop and support automated unit, system, performance, and load test harnesses and modules. *Required Qualifications: * • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. • 8+ years of experience in the software industry (QA and/or Development). • 3+ years of automation experience building maintainable automation frameworks (e.g. Coded UI, Selenium, QTP, Silk, etc.). • 3+ years’ experience testing client facing software. • 3+ years’ experience designing, building and testing high quality reusable automated test harnesses and modules. • Demonstrates aptitude for analytical problem-solving. • 3+ years’ experience documenting defects, reproduction steps, RCA’s, and producing technical documentation. • 3+ years’ experience troubleshooting technical issues with internal or external customers. • 3+ years’ experience with TFS. • 5+ years’ experience with test automation tools. *Preferred Qualifications: * • Experience with testing commercial client facing software. • Experience creating test designs and test plans, as well as providing feedback on the development process. • Experience leveraging continuous build and automated test frameworks. • Experiencing evaluating and improving the interactions and processes with an Agile Development team. • Experience using Coded UI is desired. • C# experience is desired. • Experience with service level testing is a plus. • Experience developing and supporting automated unit, system, performance, and load test suites is a plus. • Experience using Microsoft Test Manager is a plus. • Experience with testing Microservices is a plus. *Leadership and Communication: * • Communicates in a professional manner when interacting with team members • Communicates clearly within team; actively listens to other team members • Produces well-written technical documentation • Occasionally gives guidance to less-experienced staff members • Interacts and collaborates with team members in a cooperative spirit. • Demonstrates aptitude for analytical problem-solving • Works towards solving complex problems independently • Generates innovative approaches and solutions to recurring problems • Troubleshoots technical issues with internal or external customers • Provides input for designs and Agile Story functional and non-functional acceptance criteria • Implements designs and provides feedback on the development process *Thanks and Regards,* *Shilpi Bisht* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *IDC Technologies* *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116|Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* *408-459-1965 [Direct] I shilpi.bi...@idctechnologies.com <shilpi.bi...@idctechnologies.com>* *www.idctechnologies.com* <http://www.idctechnologies.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
