*Duration: 6 Months* *Knowledge & Experience Requirements:* In addition to the functional skills and background of the Sr. QA Analyst, • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, presentation, and project management skills • Well organized and methodical in owning and executing the QA process • Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and management of metrics • Ability to manage resources and demonstrate leadership skills • Strong understanding of application development life cycle • Proficient with Mercury Quality Center (QC) • Knowledge of project planning tools (Microsoft Project, Clarity) • Experience developing testing strategies & test scripts • Experience managing software enhancement priorities and release version control • Ability to break a project down into specific and manageable tasks with estimates • Working knowledge of mainframe, SQL, and insurance practices • Demonstrated experience writing test plans, test requirements, and test cases • Knowledge of automated testing methods.
