Role: Business Intelligence Analyst Duration: About 24 months Location: Brooklyn, NY Only Local Candidates with GC/EAD-GC/USC REQUIREMENTS: · Experience designing informational reports (including charts, tables and maps) and/or presentations · Experience with industry standard BI and visualization tools · Experience working with physical and logical data models · Fundamental understanding of data modeling concepts · 2+ years of experience in information systems operations or support PREFERRED SKILLS: · Experience in data analysis focusing on the Food industry · Understands BI Implementation services and is able to assist the BI manager in defining the scope of work and effort estimates to implement BI solutions · As a Business Intelligence Team member, conducts workshops to influence and scope POC criteria and co-lead teams to conduct POCs · Designs and documents BI solutions and executes the tactical BI deliverables such as reports, dashboards and models · Identify technical and operational risks early and provide mitigation plans and strategies to address the risks · Articulate clearly the benefits of BI and partners with DW team to communicate externally and internally across the organization (including senior decision-makers and key influencers) the advantages of DW and BI · Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) · Experience using ArcGIS, Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to create presentation quality information materials · Understands, documents, and/or creates the Logical and Physical BI architecture at the direction of the BI manager.
