*Position: Java Developer* *Interview: Phone than onsite interview/Skype* *Duration: end of year or longer* *Location: St Louis MO* *Need skills matrix below completed * *Responsibilities include:* · Lead a software groups in the design, development and implementation of complex software programs in accordance with project budgets and release schedules. · Work closely with Product Managers to develop long-range plans and software product specific strategies to reach company and departmental goals. · Facilitate knowledge and experience sharing with the team and other personnel. · Improve processes and procedures, implementing necessary changes, to increase effectiveness.
