Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest... *Hadoop Developer with Asset Liability Management (ALM)* *Location: New York City 10286* *Duration: 6 months* *Description: * *Skills: * • Working knowledge of Hadoop and has participated in previous ground up Hadoop implementations. • Fully able to develop in java, JS, Node.js and object oriented analysis and design • Able to utilize data load tools such as Flume and Sqoop • Analysis of stored Hadoop data using Pig/Hive • Ability to write MapReduce jobs • Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX environments *The preferred candidate will have the following experience, knowledge, and skills:* • Experience working with large volumes of data within a data warehouse • Advanced knowledge and extensive experience working with SQL • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Financial industry knowledge, especially as it relates to a balance sheet, is preferred.
