Positions located in Miami, FL *Cassandra Developer * • Strong in Cassandra ( preferred) or another NOSQL Database. This is primarily an Application Developer Role. Need to be able to Model in Cassandra . Write CQL queries to get data out of Cassandra in the most optimal way. Need to understand the transactional aspects to be able to determine the right Consistency Level etc. • Responsibilities will include Code Review. Subject Matter Expert who can guide other developers on the best practices of developing applications using Cassandra DB, as well as define standards. • String Java Developer Background. Experience in building RESTful web services that interact with a Database. *Job Description Angular:* *III. Key Responsibilities* This is a position with supervisor responsibility. The position is responsible for the delivery of IT work products that involve a team of contributors. This position supervises others on specific tasks or work streams. Typical tasks and work products include: • Manage and support the development and implementation of custom software applications • Provide realistic cost, effort and duration estimates for software development activities • End-to-end ownership of discrete development activities (budget, schedule, functionality, quality, technical realization) • Provide team leadership towards the completion of development activities on-schedule within budget and per quality expectations • Liaise with the Program Management function of the department to provide project estimates, scheduling and completion updates to the customers • Oversee activity of staff to ensure that production problems are resolved quickly, ensuring continued accurate system operations.
