*Please find the requirement below and send me matched resumes to **[email protected] <[email protected]>** (OR) **732-343-7688 x 3049* *.* *Title: Expert Data Modeler* *Location: Olympia, WA(LOCALS)* *Duration: 1 year* *MIN 10 YRS EXP AND COVER LETTER AND TWO REFERENCES MUST AND LOCAL TO WA* *Project Description* The client is in the process of a Systems Modernization Project (SMP), this system will be replacing the legacy licensing, enforcement, imaging and stand-alone applications with an integrated solution built around a Commercial Off- the-Shelf (COTS) product. This project has a very short timeframe to architect the integrations of existing applications with the selected COTS solution and develop software for the functionality gaps identified during the project. The Data Modeler will assist with data migration to the COTS solution utilizing Microsoft .NET/SQL technologies, and to design how the LCB data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed. Candidate must have foundation in system development, depth in data modeling and database design, establish and merge data. There is a need to continue building user interactive tools for data search and analysis, data collection applications, and web map editing in both a connected and disconnected environment. Several databases require multi-editor/user levels to all or parts of the data and most require a variety of reporting scripts (SQL views) for web reports and as links to GIS mapping and GIS web applications. The client’s field data collection efforts are handled through a variety of mobile devices such as Microsoft Windows tablet PC’s and some Apple devices as well. *Scope of Work* The Data Modeler will need to provide *125 hours of service, per month*, for the client and shall complete functions including, but not limited to the following: 1. Analyze LCB current database structures, data sources and data use to architect and implement efficient logical and physical data structures in support of business needs. *2. *Elicit, review and validate data requirements working collaboratively with LCB business users, technical staff and vendors. Conduct business and technical data assessments. 3. Develop high-level and detailed data and access models. Document business metadata. 4. Consult in the development of a data integrity framework. *5. *Participate in the design and development of integrated solutions related to the Systems Modernization Project.
